Job Brief : We are looking for experienced Designer who is passionate about their work and who is looking to join a company that is constantly innovating and pushing the boundaries of what is possible. A designer’s job is to evaluate packaging concepts, product needs, and branding in order to design a package that most effectively fulfils all objectives. Packaging designers must also be creative, highly skilled, and detail oriented in order to come up with packaging that effectively sells a product. Must have Experience as Graphic designer in Pharma industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Work with product and marketing teams to define needs/requirements and create elegant packaging design solutions.
Study design briefs and determine requirements & Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.
Develop graphics for product Packaging, Foils, Posters & Flyers and other marketing collateral using software
Develop new packaging solutions & review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Familiarity with marketing, print production processes.
Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.
Consult with vendors and customers regarding product and package design.Manage packaging projects from inception to completion
Create layouts for packaging designs, using drafting, illustration, or 3D software.
Master knowledge of packaging materials, manufacturing processes, printing techniques, and international standards
Requirements and skills :
Qualification :Bachelor’s degree of art or design, or equivalent experience
Self-motivated with the ability to take charge or play a supporting role.
Good exposure in Photoshop & Coral draw, Illustrator.
Printing process knowledge.
3 years of packaging design experience
Knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes
