We are hiring a QA Engineer to own quality across our SaaS platform. You will design test cases, validate user flows, and make sure the frontend, backend, and APIs work reliably before anything reaches users.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain test cases, test plans, and QA documentation
- Test web based SaaS applications across frontend, backend, and APIs
- Perform functional, regression, and smoke testing
- Identify, document, and track bugs with clear reproduction steps
- Validate fixes before release and work with developers to resolve issues quickly
Requirements
- 3 plus years experience in QA for SaaS or web platforms
- Strong experience writing structured test cases
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or similar
- Excellent attention to detail and clear written communication
- Own laptop and reliable internet connection, this is a fully remote role
Nice to have
- Experience with automated testing frameworks
- Experience testing AI driven or data heavy platforms
