We are looking for a highly capable Salesforce professional to optimize our Sales Cloud environment. You will be responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, enhancing the lead-to-close process, and driving user adoption through best practices.
Solution Design & Configuration: Design end-to-end sales processes (Lead, Opportunity, Quote, Order) and implement them using declarative tools like Salesforce Flow, Validation Rules, and Record Types. Custom Development: Build and maintain custom applications using Apex (classes/triggers) and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for requirements that exceed out-of-the-box functionality. System Integration: Develop and manage integrations between Salesforce and external systems (ERP, Marketing Automation) using REST/SOAP APIs. Data Management: Oversee data integrity through regular audits, deduplication using tools like Data Loader, and complex data migrations. Analytics: Build advanced, actionable reports and KPI dashboards to track sales pipeline health and revenue forecasting. Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead discovery sessions with sales leadership to gather requirements and provide strategic advice on the latest platform features.
Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on Sales Cloud. Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, SOQL, and the Salesforce security model (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets). Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator (Required). Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant (Highly Desired). Platform Developer I (Preferred for technical tracks).
