QC Executive – Aluminium Extrusion
Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, technically skilled QC Executive to oversee quality standards in our aluminum extrusion plant. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in metallurgy, die performance, extrusion defects, and quality management systems. You will ensure that all extruded profiles, surface treatments (anodizing/powder coating), and finished products align with exact customer specifications and international benchmarks.
Key Responsibilities:
- In-Process & Online Quality Control
- Raw Material & Die Evaluation
- Surface Finish & Post-Treatment Quality
- Documentation, Audits & Compliance
Required Technical Skills & Competencies:
- Extrusion Defect Troubleshooting
- Metallurgy & Meteorology Expertise
- Testing Instruments
- Core Quality Tools
- Computer and MS Office Knowledge is must
Time:
8:00 am to 8:00 pm
Qualification:
Technical Degree/Diploma
Experience:
Minimum 1-2 years
