Position: HR Executive
Department: Human Resources
Location: Gokarna, Karnataka
Reporting To: General Manager
Role Overview
The HR Executive will lead the Human Resources function at the resort, acting as the in-charge of the HR department. This role is responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR operations to ensure a motivated workforce aligned with the resort’s service culture.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for all resort positions.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with department heads for timely hiring.
- Design and implement structured onboarding programs.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Serve as the primary contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Develop engagement initiatives to improve morale and retention.
- Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with hospitality standards.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave systems.
- Oversee payroll coordination and ensure accuracy.
- Implement HR policies consistently across departments.
Training & Development
- Identify training needs with department heads.
- Organize skill development and service excellence workshops.
- Track training effectiveness and compliance.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory filings.
- Maintain compliance with health, safety, and hospitality regulations.
Performance Management
- Support appraisal processes and performance reviews.
- Guide managers on employee development plans.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, preferably in hospitality or service industry.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
