Key Responsibility
- Structural Assessment: Inspecting aging structures (commercial, residential, or industrial) to diagnose issues like cracks, concrete spalling, foundation settlement, or water damage.
- Repair Planning & Design: Creating detailed repair methodologies, retrofitting plans, and structural blueprints using CAD software.
- Material Testing & Quality Control: Ensuring repair materials (e.g., cement, steel, waterproofing chemicals, and epoxy grouts) meet required safety standards.
- Estimation & Budgeting: Calculating the cost of materials, labor, and equipment required for the restoration.
- Site Supervision & Execution: Monitoring daily repair activities, managing contractors, and ensuring all building safety norms are strictly followed
Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
