Job Title: Account Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible Account Assistant to support our day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate documentation of accounting activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update accounting records and financial data.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, vouchers, and payment entries.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ledger verification.
- Organize and maintain financial documents and records.
- Support the accounts team in daily accounting and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹20,000 per month
