[email protected]Customer Delight Executive: We are looking for high energy individuals who love to keep our customers happy. Working with the central sales and support team, the executive is expected to handle inbound inquiries, place orders, provide status updates to customers and work closely with the operations team in ensuring that each and every order results in customer delight. This position will be based out of our HSR Layout office, in Bangalore.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers over phone, email and chat, help them placing orders, providing status updates
- Address customer complaints and drive resolution with ownership
- Maintains details of the activities performed and helps in improving the overall process
Job Requirements
- Proficient in English and fluent in Kannada and Hindi. Additional languages always a plus. Comfortable taking to customers.
- Willingness to work in shifts including morning and late evenings.
- Familiarity with using computers, Microsoft Excel and mobile applications.
- Knowledge/Interest in Baking/Cooking would be a plus
Ideal candidate is someone interested in food and baking in particular and loves to help customers. We are open to people who want to work from home.
