Job Summary:
Baked Cakes and Pastries is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and expand our Catering and Event Management business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, building client relationships, and promoting our catering services for weddings, corporate events, and special occasions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to grow catering and event business
- Identify and generate new leads through online and offline channels
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, event planners, and corporate partners
- Promote catering services through social media, campaigns, and local marketing
- Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure successful event execution
- Plan and manage promotional events, exhibitions, and food tastings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
