About the Role
Codebrucke Academy is looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Executive to manage client relationships, handle inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure a smooth customer experience from onboarding to post-service support.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and students.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into admissions or sales.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Maintain and update CRM software with accurate client information.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and promptly.
- Prepare daily follow-up and client status reports.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
