Key Responsibilities

Log, diagnose, and resolve medium to complex system problems reported by the business, referring to system documents.

Triage system problems to appropriate technical teams and communicate outages to business and technical teams.

Provide permanent resolutions for recurring issues.

Serve as an expert on one or more applications/functionality within a support area to provide necessary support to business users.

Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.

Explore development frameworks and implement guidelines, reviews, and build solutions.

Engage in coding and development using Java/J2EE, Typescript, JSON, and other relevant languages.
-
Build and implement CI/CD pipelines for delivery projects.

Conduct research and perform Proof of Concept (POC) or equivalent experience with hands-on work on new DevOps frameworks.

Suggest alternative toolsets and guidelines for implementation.

Improve delivery improvement through DevOps and Automation.
Qualifications:
Must Have
-
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field (B.E. / B.Tech / M.S. / M.Tech / MCA).

5-7 Years demonstrated ability in Information Technology.

Proficiency in DevOps tools including Jenkins, GitHub, AWS CI/CD pipelines, and scripting.

Proficiency in Java/J2EE frameworks, Spring Boot, Python, Typescript, and JavaScript.

Knowledge of development environments and processes.
