Job Summary
Stone Water Resort & Spa, Karjat is looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to manage daily restaurant operations and lead the F&B service team. The ideal candidate should have good communication, leadership, and guest-handling skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Supervise and guide the F&B service team.
- Ensure excellent guest service and satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules and daily duty allocation.
- Maintain food service, hygiene, and quality standards.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other hotel departments.
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness and service standards.
- Ensure smooth operations during busy hours and events.
- Train and support team members for better service.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager / F&B Supervisor.
- Experience in hotel, resort, or restaurant operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Good knowledge of F&B service operations.
- Guest-focused and professional attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
