Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager – Marketing supports the planning and execution of marketing strategies to enhance the institution's brand visibility, generate quality admission enquiries, and increase student enrolments. The role coordinates marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, events, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring consistent brand communication across all channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to achieve admission and branding objectives.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, email, and other online platforms.
- Coordinate admission campaigns, open houses, school events, education fairs, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with the Admissions, Academic, and Media teams to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Monitor and optimize lead generation activities to improve enquiry-to-admission conversion rates.
- Support website content updates, SEO, and online reputation management initiatives.
- Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, printers, and vendors for campaign execution.
- Track campaign performance, prepare MIS reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing collateral, promotional materials, brochures, banners, and branding assets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and recommend strategies.
- Ensure all marketing communications adhere to the institution's brand guidelines.
- Support budget tracking and ensure cost-effective utilization of marketing resources.
- Mentor Marketing Executives and coordinate day-to-day marketing operations.
- Perform other duties assigned by the Marketing Head or Management.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Communications, or a related field.
- MBA in Marketing or a related specialization is preferred.
Experience:
- 4–6 years of experience in marketing, branding, admissions marketing, or business development.
- Experience in the education sector will be an added advantage.
