The Admin/ Operations Manager for the school plays a crucial role in overseeing and managing the daily administrative operations to ensure the efficient functioning of the institution. This position involves coordinating various administrative tasks, supervising support staff, and implementing policies and procedures to enhance organizational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Oversight:
- Supervise and coordinate daily administrative operations within the school.
- Implement and enforce policies and procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
- Team Management:
- Manage and lead a team of administrative and support staff.
- Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of performance.
- Facility Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the school premises.
- Coordinate with relevant vendors for repairs, maintenance, and facility improvements.
- Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including student records, staff attendance, and other relevant documentation.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Communication and Coordination:
- Facilitate effective communication between different departments and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and external parties as necessary.
- Budget Management:
- Assist in the development and management of the school budget.
- Monitor expenditures and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Event Coordination:
