Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Infrastructure Engineer to support our on-premise IT infrastructure,
focusing specifically on Linux systems and centralized logging/monitoring via the ELK Stack. You will play a key
role in maintaining operational visibility, deploying Linux servers, and utilizing Infrastructure as Code to ensure
consistent and reliable environments.

Documentation
Support the deployment, configuration, and patching of Linux servers across the infrastructure.
Assist in the administration of the ELK Stack, including creating Kibana dashboards, managing Logstash
pipelines, and monitoring Elasticsearch health.
Deploy and maintain Linux servers and monitoring agents using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.
Monitor system health alerts, investigate anomalies using log data, and provide frontline support for
Linux-based issues.
Maintain accurate documentation for Linux builds, ELK configurations, and incident response procedures.
Required Skills and Knowledge
Operating Systems
Hands-on experience administering and troubleshooting Linux environments (e.g., Red Hat, CentOS,
Ubuntu).
Proven hands-on experience using the ELK Stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for log aggregation
and troubleshooting.
Practical experience automating deployments using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Log Management & Analysis
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
Scripting
Experience writing and maintaining automation scripts using Bash or Python.
Virtualization & Containers
Familiarity with VMWare and basic exposure to containerization (Docker).
