Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Customer Service
- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized fragrance recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Promote new arrivals and special offers.
2. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance.
- Motivate the team to meet sales goals.
- Conduct performance evaluations.
3. Inventory & Stock Control
- Monitor stock levels and order perfumes when needed.
- Manage stock rotation and prevent losses.
- Conduct regular inventory checks.
- Ensure proper storage of fragrances.
4. Store Operations
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensure proper display of perfume brands and testers.
- Manage cash handling and daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies.
5. Marketing & Promotions
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
- Coordinate with suppliers and brand representatives.
- Organize in-store events or seasonal promotions.
6. Financial Management
- Monitor expenses and control store budget.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales trends and suggest improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail management (preferably perfumes or cosmetics).
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of fragrance types and brands.
- Leadership and team management ability.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (POS systems, reporting tools).

- Must have 5 years of min experience in Relevent field

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
