As a Tech Delivery Subject Matter Expert (SME) – SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Global Benefits, you will play a pivotal role in driving innovative and efficient workforce management solutions. You will collaborate with clients to understand their time management needs, design and implement optimized solutions, and ensure smooth delivery aligned with best practices. Your role will involve shaping strategies, enhancing Accenture s reputation through high-quality delivery, and promoting continuous improvement and innovation in the time management domain.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Work independently as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SF EC Benefits.
Participate actively in client and internal discussions to gather and refine requirements.
Conduct workshops to analyze business needs, legal requirements, and collective agreements, translating them into technical solutions.
Provide expert guidance on configuration, design, and implementation of EC Global Benefits (Pension , Insurance , Reimbursements, Allowances, Deductions, etc.).
Provide guidance on advanced functionality, including Auto Enrollments , Back ground benefit jobs.
Advise clients on SAP best practices in Global Benefits to improve efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (EC, Payroll, Integration, and Reporting) to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery.
Conduct workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capability and client understanding.
Proactively identify improvement opportunities and recommend innovative solutions.
Support testing, defect resolution, and post go-live stabilization activities.
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance internal team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central – Global Benefits.
Experience with All type of Benefits and Eligibility Business rules.
Experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement.
Experience in project management methodologies and frameworks.
Proven track record in full-cycle implementation projects.
Strong ability to interpret complex Pension policies into system logic.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and deployment of EC Benefits.
Knowledge of integration with Payroll and other SF modules is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret and translate business needs into solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to foster effective collaboration.
Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits.
Success Factors EC Benefits certification is highly preferred.
A 15 year full time education is required.
