Key Responsibilities
- BBS Preparation & Optimization: Calculate cutting lengths, lap lengths, and bar shapes based on "Good For Construction" (GFC) structural drawings to optimize steel consumption.
- Site Execution: Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities, ensuring reinforcement bars are placed correctly according to the BBS.
- Billing & Quantity Surveying: Prepare and verify RA (Running Account) bills for clients and subcontractors, and track projected billing against budgets.
- Material Reconciliation: Monitor the consumption of reinforcement steel, cement, and concrete, and prepare reconciliation statements to control material waste.
- Drawing Coordination: Raise and resolve Requests for Information (RFIs) with design teams and consultants regarding reinforcement detailing.
- Quality Assurance (QA/QC): Ensure all civil and structural works adhere to safety and QA standards
Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month
