Key Deliverables:
· Conduct & organize functional, operational, behavioral & Sales training for store employees
· Conduct induction and on-the-job training for new hires + NSO Training
. Basic Content development & TNI
· Identify In-store Trainer & groom them accordingly
· Regular Store visits across & conduct In-store Training activities
. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and work on Feedbacks
