We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Service Manager to lead the operations of our Car Body Shop. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in collision repair, body shop management, insurance claim handling, customer service, and team leadership. The Service Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality repairs, timely vehicle delivery, and maximum customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage the day-to-day operations of the car body shop.
* Supervise and lead technicians, painters, estimators, and support staff.
* Ensure all repair and paint jobs meet manufacturer and quality standards.
* Coordinate with insurance companies and surveyors for claim approvals and settlements.
* Prepare repair estimates and monitor job progress.
* Maintain workflow to ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
* Monitor productivity, workshop efficiency, and profitability.
* Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide excellent after-sales service.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and workshop procedures.
* Maintain inventory of body shop materials, paints, and spare parts.
* Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
