Oasis Baklawa is looking for enthusiastic and energetic Sales & Marketing Executives to join our growing team. Freshers who are eager to learn and build a career in sales and marketing are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit corporate offices, retail stores, and potential customers to generate sales.
- Promote our premium Arabic sweets, gifting solutions, and catering services.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new business opportunities and follow up on leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Submit daily visit and sales reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and operations team for smooth order processing and customer support.
Requirements
- Candidates should preferably reside in or near the assigned work area.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in sales, FMCG, food, sweets, or the gifting industry will be an added advantage.
- Must own a bike or scooty with a valid driving license.
- Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and Google Maps for reporting and customer visits.

- Passionate about sales and marketing.
- Interested in building a long-term career in the FMCG, food, or sweets industry.
- Confident in meeting customers and developing new business opportunities.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
