We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Executive who has experience selling digital marketing services and can confidently generate, nurture, and close B2B opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Identify and connect with business owners, founders, marketing managers, and decision-makers.
- Present and sell Oricmeta's services.
- Conduct discovery calls and understand client business objectives.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Schedule and conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.
- Consistently achieve monthly revenue and acquisition targets.
- Coordinate with the delivery team for smooth client onboarding.

Mandatory Requirements
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience.
- Proven track record of generating leads and closing deals.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with cold calling and LinkedIn prospecting.
- Experience interacting with business owners and decision-makers.
- Target-driven mindset with a strong hunger for growth.
Preferred Skills
- Marketing Agency experience is an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools.
- Understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Website Development services.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Ideal Candidate

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
