Job Description – Soldering Technician
Position: Soldering Technician – PCB
Experience: 2–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Chennai
Key Responsibilities
- Perform PCB soldering, component mounting, and rework as per production requirements.
- Handle through-hole and SMD soldering using soldering irons and related tools.
- Inspect solder joints for quality, defects, and proper connections.
- Perform PCB rework, desoldering, and component replacement when required.
- Follow work instructions, ESD precautions, and quality standards.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned production work.
Required Skills
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in PCB soldering.
- Good knowledge of SMD and through-hole components.
- Experience in PCB assembly, rework, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of ESD safety and soldering standards.
- Good attention to detail and quality consciousness.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
