Job Title: Sales Executive – Facades
Role Overview
The Sales Executive – Facades is responsible for driving sales of facade systems (e.g., curtain walls, cladding, glazing systems) by building relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers. The role combines technical understanding with strong sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in facade projects.
- Generate leads through architects, builders, and consultants.
- Track upcoming construction projects and market trends.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, facade consultants, and contractors
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries
Technical Sales Support
- Understand facade systems (aluminium, glass, ACP, unitized systems, etc.)
- Provide product recommendations based on project requirements
- Coordinate with design/engineering teams for technical proposals
Tendering & Proposal Management
- Prepare and submit quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
- Analyze project specifications and drawings
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms
Sales Target Achievement
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets
- Maintain sales pipeline and forecasting reports
- Follow up on leads and convert them into orders
6. Market Intelligence
- Monitor competitor activities and pricing
- Stay updated on new facade technologies and materials
- Provide feedback to management for product improvement
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical) or Architecture or Business
Experience:
- 2–6 years in facade, building materials, or construction sales
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of facade systems (curtain wall, structural glazing, cladding)
- Ability to read construction drawings
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated and target-driven
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with facade contractors or system suppliers
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Local market knowledge (developers, consultants, contractors)

- Sales revenue and order intake

Work Environment
- Combination of office work and field visits (client meetings, project sites)
