We are looking for passionate and experienced Hindustani Classical Vocal Music Teachers to join our team at our Whitefield, Bangalore center. If you are enthusiastic about teaching, inspiring students, and helping them excel in Hindustani Classical music, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging and structured Hindustani Classical Vocal classes to students across different age groups.
- Teach raagas, taals, alankaars, voice culture, classical music theory, and performance techniques.
- Follow Artium Academy's structured curriculum and teaching methodology.
- Track student progress and provide constructive feedback to learners and parents.
- Prepare students for performances, assessments, and certification examinations where applicable.
- Maintain a positive, motivating, and learner-centric classroom environment.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure a high-quality learning experience.
- Utilize digital teaching tools and the Learning Management System (LMS) for lesson planning, attendance, and student progress tracking.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–5 years of experience in teaching Hindustani Classical Vocal Music.
- Strong foundation in Hindustani Classical music.
- Excellent knowledge of raagas, taals, alankaars, voice training, and classical music theory.
- Experience teaching children and adults (ages 6–60 years) is preferred.
- Good communication skills in English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Comfortable using digital tools and following a structured curriculum.
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and student engagement skills.
- Passion for mentoring students and creating an inspiring learning environment.
