Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Virtual Relationship Managers to engage with customers through phone and digital channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting banking products, building customer relationships, identifying financial needs, and achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact existing and prospective customers through calls and digital channels.
- Promote and sell banking products such as:
- Savings & Current Accounts
- Credit Cards
- Personal Loans
- Home Loans
- Insurance Products
- Fixed Deposits and Investment Products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Cross-sell and up-sell banking products to existing customers.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM systems.
- Achieve individual sales and productivity targets.
- Adhere to bank policies, compliance guidelines, and quality standards.
Eligibility Criteria
- Any Bachelor's Degree.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 5+ years of experience in BFSI product sales,Field Sales banking sales, financial services, insurance, NBFC, or related industries are preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-centric approach with good convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
