Responsibilities: Process all reservations on behalf of clients and handle ticketing queries. Taking complete ownership of fulfilling clients’ immediate travel requirements. Selling / constructing airfares from multiple sources including published fares, ad hoc fares, inter-office, and buying from third parties. Calculate and quote fare based on stated client needs and assist them with problemsolving and looking at alternative routes when the need arises. Ensuring timely reporting of documents Handle unforeseen problems and complaints with courtesy and understanding. Ensure compliance with the company’s procedure for documentation, ticketing, voids, refunds, etc. Queue management: Monitoring queues and working on them daily. Nurture client relationships based on trust, dependability, and reliability. Points to Remember: Knowledge of GDS Travelport, Sabre and Amadeus. Proactive approach along with ownership attitude. Independent, hardworking, meticulous, and a team player. Well-organized with multi-tasking skill with minimal supervision. Excellent command of Written and spoken English. Able to perform under stress and meet tight deadlines. Good knowledge of world geography. Flexible to work in rotational shifts and rotational offs. Arabic language is added advantage.
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
