About the Internship
Sustainable Futures Trainings (SFT) is looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Course Creator / Instructional Design Interns to support the development of professional online training programs. As an intern, you will work on creating engaging learning content across various domains, including ESG, Cybersecurity, Information Security, Ethics & Compliance, Food Safety, Medical Devices, Quality Management, Sustainability, AI, and other industry-specific topics.
This internship is ideal for candidates who enjoy research, content creation, learning new concepts, and designing educational materials.
Key Responsibilities
- Research assigned topics using credible industry standards and resources.
- Develop structured course outlines and learning modules.
- Create engaging presentations, scripts, quizzes, assignments, and assessments.
- Convert technical information into learner-friendly content.
- Design learning objectives and outcomes for each module.
- Ensure course content is accurate, well-structured, and free from plagiarism.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts (SMEs) for technical validation.
- Update and improve existing courses based on feedback.
- Meet assigned module development timelines and quality standards.
Skills Required
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Strong research and analytical abilities.
- Basic understanding of instructional design principles.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Google Workspace.
- Ability to organize information clearly and engagingly.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in any discipline.
- Background or interest in Education, Engineering, Management, Computer Science, Environmental Science, Food Technology, Medical Devices, Information Security, or related fields.
- Knowledge of e-learning, LMS platforms, AI tools, or content development will be an added advantage.
