The Wellness Host is responsible for delivering a seamless, warm, and personalized guest experience throughout the wellness sanctuary. Acting as the primary point of contact during a guest's visit, the Wellness Host ensures every aspect of the client's journey, from arrival to departure, is coordinated efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality and discretion.
Each Wellness Host will typically be assigned to manage the experience of up to three guests simultaneously.
- Welcome guests upon arrival and escort them throughout the wellness sanctuary.
- Assist guests in navigating between treatment rooms, doctors' consultations, gym sessions, hydrotherapy, and other wellness facilities.
- Ensure guests feel comfortable, informed, and attended to at every stage of their visit.
- Anticipate guest requirements and proactively provide assistance.
- Maintain complete knowledge of each guest's daily itinerary.
- Coordinate appointments with doctors, therapists, trainers, nutritionists, and wellness specialists.
- Ensure guests arrive punctually for scheduled sessions.
- Manage changes to appointments in coordination with the operations team.
- Serve water and wellness beverages as required.
- Coordinate and arrange pre-planned meals according to the guest's wellness programme.
- Ensure dietary preferences and restrictions are followed.
- Maintain guest comfort throughout the day.
- Liaise with various internal departments to ensure smooth execution of the guest's schedule.
- Update relevant teams regarding guest movement and special requests.
- Maintain accurate guest notes where required.
- Maintain exceptional grooming and professional etiquette.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Build rapport while respecting guest privacy.
- Represent the sanctuary's luxury hospitality standards.
- 2–6 years of experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, aviation, premium healthcare, luxury retail, guest relations, recreation, concierge, or customer experience.
- Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, wellness retreats, premium clubs, or hospitals is preferred.
