Job Title: Executive – Export Documentation

Job Objective
To support export operations by managing documentation, shipment coordination, banking formalities, and regulatory compliance to ensure timely and efficient execution of export orders.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage pre- and post-shipment export documentation.
- Review and process Letters of Credit (LCs).
- Coordinate with overseas customers, CHAs, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and internal teams for shipment execution.
- Prepare and submit export documents to banks, DGFT, and other regulatory authorities.
- Track export remittances and provide invoice-wise settlement instructions to banks.
- Monitor document movement and ensure timely completion of banking and export compliance formalities, including BRC and export incentive claims.
- Maintain shipment records and prepare MIS reports highlighting pending issues, actions taken, and status updates.
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
