Role Expectations
- Ensure that services are delivered according to SLA’s; monitor, report and analyse KPI’s regarding service excellence and customer satisfaction
- Demonstrate and apply expertise in local regulatory laws & best practices.
- Apply process knowledge to eliminate manual processes and reduce overall processing time.
- Adhere to defined service level agreements and statutory requirements, ensuring accurate payroll delivery every month.
- Enable processes to complete quality checks for accuracy by establishing accuracy standards
- Seek feedback from customers and respond to any appreciation, concerns, complaints
- Build team competency in the HR domain related to the work that is being performed.
- Ensure a positive environment and retain exceptional performers
- Handling QC of Payroll inputs, Payroll processing & verification.
- Processing Payroll / Reimbursement Full & Final Settlement through a Tech enabled platform
- Ensuring Daily, weekly and monthly Activities are delivered on time and with 100% accuracy
- Ensuring all customer queries are responded to within SLAs defined and agreed
- Updating and publishing Day to Day activity report to the stakeholders
- Preparation of MIS reports for clients and Management

Experience: 5-7 years in Payroll and Ben Ad processing in Philippines.
