Job summary:
We are looking for a motivated IT Support Engineer (L1) to provide first-level technical support to users across office and project locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and network connectivity issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, and operating system-related problems.
- Support Microsoft 365 users including:
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.
- Resolve user-end issues through remote and onsite support.
- Assist users with software installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
- Support printer installation, scanner configuration, and peripheral devices.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and user allocation records.
- Escalate complex issues to senior IT team members when required.
- Visit project sites and branch offices for IT setup, troubleshooting, and support activities.
Requirements
✔ Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
✔ 1–3 years of experience in IT Support.
✔ Good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Networking, and Hardware Troubleshooting.
✔ Ability to travel to project locations when required.
✔ Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
