Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily transactions and data entry in SAP ERP accurately and timely.
- Create and maintain Material Masters, Vendor Masters, and BOMs in SAP.
- Process and monitor Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt (GRN), Goods Issue (GI), and Inventory Transactions.
- Generate MIS reports, inventory reports, and other operational reports from SAP.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of data entered into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, Production, PPC, Finance, and Quality departments for smooth ERP operations.
- Resolve day-to-day ERP-related issues and coordinate with the IT team or SAP consultants for system support.
- Monitor stock transactions and reconcile physical inventory with system inventory.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with organizational processes.
- Support implementation of process improvements and system enhancements within SAP.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience in SAP ERP (MM/PP/WM modules preferred).
- Strong knowledge of inventory management, stores, purchase, and production processes.
- Good understanding of GRN, PO, STO, Material Master, BOM, and Inventory Management.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting).
- Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Educational Qualification:
Graduate / B.Tech / B.Com / BBA / MBA or equivalent qualification.
Experience:
✔ 2 to 5 Years of relevant experience in SAP ERP operations.
