We are seeking a motivated Junior Architect to join our team and support the design, planning, and execution of architectural projects. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to gain hands-on experience under senior guidance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating architectural drawings, 3D models, and design presentations
- Support senior architects in conceptual designs, working drawings, and detailed layouts
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project managers during project execution
- Conduct site visits, take measurements, and prepare site reports
- Research materials, building codes, and design trends
- Prepare and maintain project documentation and BOQs
- Ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory guidelines
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Architecture (B.Arch) OR Diploma in Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp (preferred)
- Strong design sense, creativity, and attention to detail
- Basic understanding of construction processes and building materials
