**Role Overview**
As a WordPress Intern, you will work with the development and marketing teams to build, customize, and maintain WordPress websites. This internship is ideal for students or freshers who want real-world exposure to WordPress development.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and managing WordPress websites
- Customize themes and templates using HTML, CSS, and basic PHP
- Install, configure, and manage WordPress plugins
- Ensure website responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility
- Optimize website performance and page speed
- Assist with SEO-friendly website structure
- Perform basic website maintenance, updates, and backups
- Troubleshoot common WordPress issues
- Follow best practices for website security
**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Basic knowledge of WordPress CMS
- Familiarity with themes, plugins, and page builders
- Basic understanding of HTML & CSS (PHP is a plus)
- Understanding of responsive design
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup
