Job Description
We are hiring a Front Office Executive (Male & Female) for a reputed hospital in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have 1+ years of experience in hospital front desk operations, patient handling, and administrative coordination. The role requires excellent communication skills and a patient-friendly approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage hospital front office operations and reception desk
- Greet and assist patients, attendants, and visitors
- Handle patient registration, OPD/IPD entries, and billing coordination
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage inquiries
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and hospital departments
- Maintain patient records, files, and front office documentation
- Handle cash counter support, insurance desk coordination (if required)
- Ensure smooth patient flow and maintain hospital service standards.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1+ year experience in hospital front office / receptionist role
- Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills in English, Telugu & Hindi
- Good knowledge of hospital management systems (HMS)
- Basic computer skills – MS Office, email handling
- Polite, professional, and patient-focused attitude
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in multi-specialty hospital or clinic
- Strong interpersonal and coordination skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
