Job Summary
We are looking for a hardworking and enthusiastic Bakery Assistant to support our bakers and kitchen team in the daily preparation and production of bakery products. The ideal candidate should be willing to learn, have good attention to detail, maintain high hygiene standards, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist bakers in preparing and producing breads, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery products.
- Measure, weigh, and prepare ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.
- Assist with mixing, kneading, shaping, proofing, baking, decorating, and finishing bakery products.
- Prepare baking trays, molds, equipment, and workstations before production.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bakery, kitchen, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
- Store ingredients properly and check products for freshness and quality. Requirements
- Previous bakery, kitchen, or food-service experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic knowledge of baking ingredients, tools, and equipment is an advantage.
- Good understanding of food hygiene and cleanliness.
- Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
