- Assist in supervising day-to-day civil construction/maintenance work within hospital premises (buildings, wards, OPD blocks, etc.)
- Monitor ongoing minor civil repair and renovation works, ensuring quality and timely completion
- Prepare basic site reports, measurement sheets, and material requirement estimates
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and in-house maintenance staff for civil-related tasks
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hospital infrastructure guidelines
- Support senior engineers/facility manager in planning small-scale expansion or renovation projects
- Conduct routine inspection of building structures (walls, flooring, roofing, drainage, etc.) and report issues
- Maintain records of civil work completed, pending, and materials used
- Assist in preparing basic drawings/layouts using AutoCAD (if required)
- Ensure adherence to timelines and budget for assigned civil tasks
- Coordinate with biomedical/electrical teams for integrated infrastructure work.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 0–2 years experience (freshers can apply)
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and site supervision
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Willingness to work on-site in a hospital environment
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
