About the Role
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Diploma graduates to join our team as Hardware & Networking Engineers. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in IT infrastructure, hardware support, and networking while working in a professional field-support environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Support LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network configurations.
- Perform system maintenance and preventive checks.
- Provide on-site technical support at client locations.
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required.
- Maintain service reports and ensure timely resolution of assigned tickets.
- Follow company policies and service standards while interacting with clients.
Eligibility Criteria
- 3-Year Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field (Mandatory).
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Willingness to travel within Kolkata for field support assignments.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
