The Telecaller is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, booking appointments for laboratory tests and health check-up packages, coordinating home sample collections, following up with patients, and providing information about laboratory services. The role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to maintain accurate records.
