We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused professional who can manage lead calling, client follow-ups, and appointment scheduling while helping prospective buyers find the right property solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Calling and engaging prospective customers from company-generated leads
✅ Regular follow-ups with interested buyers and investors
✅ Scheduling site visits and meetings for the sales team
✅ Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM
✅ Coordinating with sales teams to improve lead conversions
✅ Building strong customer relationships and ensuring timely communication
Requirements:
✔ Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English
✔ Experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or real estate preferred
✔ Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
✔ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach
✔ Basic knowledge of CRM and MS Office
Location: Delhi NCR
Salary: Competitive salary + Attractive performance incentives
Experience: 1–3 years preferred
