- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Explain the company's products and services clearly and professionally.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with customers.
- Generate and qualify sales leads and schedule appointments when required.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM/database.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and performance targets.
- Handle customer concerns politely and escalate issues when necessary.
- Work closely with the sales and customer support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
