Revenue Manager – Marriott International, IHG Hotels & Resorts,
Experience Required
* 5–10 years of experience in Revenue Management within the hospitality industry.
* Minimum 3–5 years of dedicated hotel revenue management experience* in 4-star, 5-star, luxury hotels, resorts, or hotel chains.
* Experience managing revenue strategy for single or multiple properties.
* Strong knowledge of pricing strategy, demand forecasting, inventory management, and hotel distribution channels.
* Hands-on experience with RMS, PMS, CRS, and channel management systems.
* Experience in analyzing STR reports, market share performance, and competitor benchmarking.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute revenue strategies to maximize hotel revenue, profitability, ADR, occupancy, and RevPAR.
* Lead pricing decisions based on market demand, competitor analysis, seasonality, local events, and business trends.
* Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue forecasts and budgets.
* Monitor booking pace, pickup trends, cancellations, and segment performance to optimize revenue opportunities.
* Drive distribution strategy across direct channels, OTAs, GDS, corporate, wholesale, and group segments.
* Conduct regular revenue meetings with hotel leadership and provide strategic recommendations.
* Analyze market intelligence, competitor pricing, and industry trends to maintain competitive positioning.
* Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams to achieve revenue targets.
* Ensure optimal inventory management and rate strategy across all booking channels.
* Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and ancillary revenue generation.
* Track and report key performance indicators including Occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, RGI, and Market Share.
* Support commercial strategy and business planning initiatives to achieve annual revenue goals.
* Mentor and guide junior revenue team members where applicable.

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
