We are pleased to announce that Dr. Aravind's IVF Fertility & Pregnancy Centre is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced TelleCaller to join our dynamic team.
Patient Communication :
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing patients.
- Receive inbound calls from people asking about IVF services.
- Explain IVF treatments, consultation process, and clinic facilities.
Multilingual Support : Speak with patients in multiple languages (for example: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, etc.).
- Help patients understand treatment steps and appointment procedures in their language.
Lead Management :
- Contact people who have inquired online or through ads.
- Collect basic information such as:
- Age
- Fertility history
- Preferred clinic location
- Update details in the CRM system.
Appointment Booking :
- Schedule doctor consultations.
- Confirm appointments and send reminders.
- Follow up with patients who missed appointments.
Patient Guidance :
Explain consultation charges and basic treatment process.
- Guide patients on documents or reports to bring.
- Provide directions or clinic timings.
- Call patients after consultation to check their interest in treatment.
- Remind patients about tests, scans, or next visits.
- Maintain a good relationship with patients.
Key Skills Required :
- Fluency in 2 or more languages
- Clear phone communication skills
- Basic computer/CRM knowledge
- Patience and empathy when talking to patients
- Ability to handle sensitive fertility topics

Experience : 0 - 3 years
Qualification : any degree with Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, etc.
