Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and confident Real Estate Telecaller to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, generating leads, scheduling site visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from the provided database.
- Explain real estate projects, property features, pricing, and current offers.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Schedule site visits and meetings with interested customers.
- Follow up regularly with prospective clients to convert inquiries into sales.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or Excel.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide accurate information.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding lead status and appointments.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Punjabi is an added advantage).
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Good interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work under target-driven environments.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- Minimum 12th Pass or Graduate (preferred).
- 0–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or real estate sales.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Salary
- ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (depending on experience)
