Manage and maintain hardware assets including laptops, desktops, and peripherals
Handle ISP coordination, internet connectivity issues, and network escalations
Perform employee onboarding and offboarding activities, including account setup and access revocation
Configure laptops, VPN access, and required software applications
Coordinate with vendors for procurement, repairs, warranty claims, and IT services
Provide L1 technical support for end users via calls, emails, and remote support
Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, VPN, and connectivity issues
Maintain IT inventory records and asset tracking documentation
Assist in system upgrades, installations, and routine maintenance
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security standards
