Position: Store Assistant
Location: Vashi Warehouse / Antop Hill Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage physical inventory and maintain accurate stock records of machines and equipment.
- Handle inward and outward inventory accounting entries in the system.
- Coordinate dispatch activities, packaging, and shipment tracking.
- Generate E-Way Bills and maintain dispatch documentation.
- Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and accounts teams for smooth movement of goods.
- Liaise with insurance surveyors and support claim-related documentation when required.
- Monitor stock movement and ensure inventory accuracy at all times.
- Ensure all company protocols, processes, and SOPs are strictly followed.
- Maintain proper records and documentation related to inventory and dispatch activities.
- Travel between the Vashi warehouse and Antop Hill office as required.
Desired Skills & Requirements:
- Graduate or Diploma holder with experience in stores, inventory, or logistics operations.
- Good knowledge of inventory management, dispatch procedures, and documentation.
- Familiarity with E-Way Bill generation and basic accounting entries.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP/inventory management systems.
- Willingness to travel between company locations as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
