Sales and Business Development:
· Defining Sales Strategy in accordance with overall business goals and revenue objectives. Developing new Customers and simultaneously engaging with existing customers as per business plan for HVAC Solutions.
· After Identification of potential clients, do the field visit to understand the requirement, design the proposal by Collaborating with the design team to create schematic plans for HVAC projects.
· Work closely with clients to gather and evaluate Bill of Quantities (BOQs), ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
· Prepare and submit sales offers to potential clients, including detailed project proposals and pricing.
· Select appropriate HVAC equipment and define heat parameters based on project specifications.
· Prepare contracts and terms and conditions for approval, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
· Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
· Provide technical support and guidance to clients during the sales visit and suggest tailor made solution.
· Establish and maintain relationships with architects and consultants to gain access to more potential customers. Collaborate with them to secure projects and promote our services.
· Collaborate with our technical team to help them design customized HVAC solutions that meet client requirements.
· Work closely with clients to gather and evaluate BOQs, ensuring accurate and competitive proposals.
· Attend weekly review meetings to provide updates on sales activities and discuss progress with the management team.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
