- Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to enhance overall capabilities.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting with technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in developing and customizing SAP applications using ABAP on the HANA platform.
- Ability to optimize code and improve application performance within SAP environments.
- Familiarity with database concepts and integration techniques related to SAP HANA.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting SAP ABAP programs to ensure reliability.
- Capability to work with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.
