Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Tele-sales Executive for our client to lead outbound and inbound calling efforts, drive conversions, etc. The ideal candidate will have proven telesales experience, strong ownership of targets, and the ability to handle escalations independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain company products/services
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert them into leads/sales
- Maintain and update customer databases; follow up with interested clients
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve customer queries
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through professional communication
- Coordinate with sales/marketing teams on lead management and campaign updates
- Handle escalated customer concerns
- Need minimal supervision
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and English
- Strong listening and persuasion skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools)
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets
- Positive, self-driven attitude with willingness to take initiative
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
